What is Acupressure? 

A Chinese medicine remedy that is used to relieve certain parts of the body

How does Acupressure Help? 

By pressing on certain parts of your body, you are reliving the tension that builds up when you are anxious  

Acupressure Test Points

Helps with anxiety and stress 

  How to: 

  • Start seated with your eyes closed 

  • Apply Gentle firm pressure on the spot, with your index finger in a circular motion

  • Apply pressure for 5 min

Heavenly Gate point 

Helps with anxiety, stress, and insomnia 

How to: 

  • Locate the point by using a mirror 

  • Apply gentle firm pressure, with your index finger in a circular motion  

  • Apply pressure for 2 min

Shoulder Wellpoint 

Helps with stress, muscle tensions, and headaches 

How to use:  

  • Find the point 

  • Pinch the muscle with your thumb and middle finger.

  • Apply gentle, firm pressure with your index finger and massage the point for four to five seconds.

Union Vally Point 

Helps with stress, headaches and neck pain 

How to Use: 

  • Use your index finger and thumb, apply presser in the webbed part of your index finger and thumb of the other hand. 

  • Massage and apply pressure for 4 seconds while taking long deep breaths

How to: 

  • Find point by sliding your finger straight down form between your first 2 toes 

  • Apply firm, deep pressure for 4 seconds

Inner Frontier Gate Point 

Help reduce anxiety and relieves nausea and pain 

How to: 

  • Turn your hand so the palm is facing up 

  • On the other hand, measure 3 fingers below your wrist. ( the Point is located here, in the hollow area between the tendons.   

  • Apply pressure for 4 seconds
