There are many different types of anxiety. The list below is the ten significant types of anxiety that people can experience. Even though each type of anxiety has similar signs and symptoms, each one some signs and symptoms that are specific to them.

Recurrent unexpected panic attacks

Panic attacks are sudden periods of intense fear that come on quickly and could reach their peak within minutes

Once an attack occurs one may shake, they would be confused, dizziness, troubling breathing, and nausea.
